You can purchase still wristbands at the rally at 10:00 Am (8551 Vegas Dr. LV, NV 89128) or at the entrance to the outdoor section of the Las Vegas Sports Park (1440 Rampart Blvd. LV NV 89128) from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
