Donations
Donations to Chabad of Southern Nevada are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake — such as an incorrect amount or a duplicate gift — please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
Monthly donations can be changed or cancelled at any time by calling our office. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled gift.
Lulav & esrog sets and holiday items
Because our lulav and esrog sets are seasonal and hand-selected, orders may be cancelled for a full refund until the sets are prepared for pickup. Once a set has been prepared, it can’t be refunded.
If there’s a problem with your set at pickup, let us know right away and we’ll do our best to exchange it while supplies last. Unclaimed orders are not refundable after the holiday.
Event registrations & Seders
Event registrations, including Pesach Seder reservations, may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event. After that, registrations are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else — just let us know their name.
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
